Greek screenwriters support their striking colleagues in America The Scriptwriters' Guild of Greece (SGG) views the position of the AMPTP as unjust and totally unacceptable. The SGG is fully supporting our U.S. colleagues in fighting for a fair deal and calls its members to refuse to break the strike by filling in for striking U.S. writers. Their fight is our fight.

2nd athens.animfest 07: 15-21 March 2007 The 2nd athens.animfest 07, European Animation Festival, will take place from the 15th to 21st of March 2007 at TRIANON Filmcenter (Kodrigtonos 21 & Patision 101 st.) Athens, Greece.
1st Conference on European Screenwriting One hundred and twenty five writers from all over Europe gathered in Thessaloniki on the 21st and 22nd November and committed to campaign for the implementation of a manifesto, which defines the role of the screenwriter in the twenty-first century, agreed at the conclusion of the meeting.
